Sean:
I would like to say before providing a short (I hope) story on an experience with Dr. Chilton (Paul) and his team at the office that cannot be beat for their dental knowledge and customer service. They are the greatest, especially Jenny!
Before coming to Paul, we had been seeing another dentist for about five years. We felt he was a nice guy, but we were not totally happy with his work and felt his skill-set was not up to date. This was a concern to us, as we wanted to keep our teeth throughout our lifetime. One day we were talking about dentists with our friend and realtor, Tony Hetler. He recommended Paul to us, because he had only praises about him and his staff. I called the office and scheduled appointments for myself, then the family. I am glad I did, because unbeknownst to me, I had two teeth with dieing roots. Paul tried to save the teeth, but had to eventually recommended specialist to see if they could and needless to say, the teeth were finally lost. If the previous dentist had noticed this problem they may have been saved. I am really glad Paul noticed and was quick to address the issue. The implant process could be a nervous time for anyone undergoing the work, due to the amount of time and the procedures being performed. But Paul and his team, were very clear and upfront on what needed to be done and made the entire process both easier to handle and knowledgeable. To this day, the implants are holding out great and people cannot tell they are implants, due to the attention to detail throughout the process. |
